Compatible and remanufactured inkjet cartridges and toner cartridges, may be returned within 60 days of purchase for a refund or a replacement. We will not accept the return of cartridges whose labels have been removed or if it has been physically tampered with in anyway. Refunds will be processed within approximately 2-4 days after we've received the return package. The refund will be issued back to the original form of payment.
